These terms apply to the use of webringdeals.co.za, an online retail website operated by Lidadmad Investments. Additional product, delivery and payment terms may be displayed when real products and services are activated.
Website use
You may use this website for lawful personal or business shopping enquiries. You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation or submit false or misleading information.
Product information
We Bring Deals will take reasonable care to present accurate product descriptions, prices and availability. No product should be treated as available for purchase until it has been published as a genuine listing with confirmed commercial information. Images may be illustrative where this is clearly indicated.
Orders
An order submitted through the website is a request to purchase and may be subject to acceptance, stock availability, payment confirmation, verification and delivery feasibility. An automated acknowledgement does not necessarily constitute final acceptance unless expressly stated.
Pricing and tax
Prices will be displayed in South African rand. Lidadmad Investments is currently not registered for VAT, and the website is not configured to add VAT. Prices and VAT treatment must be updated if the business registration status changes.
Payments
Online payments will only be accepted after an approved payment gateway has been verified and configured. PayFast is currently pending merchant verification. We Bring Deals will not request customers to bypass the website’s approved payment process.
Delivery
Delivery availability, charges and estimated timeframes will be shown or confirmed in accordance with the Shipping & Delivery page. Customers are responsible for supplying accurate delivery details.
Returns and refunds
Return, exchange and refund requests are handled according to the Returns & Refunds page and applicable South African consumer law.
Accounts
Customers are responsible for safeguarding their account credentials and for providing accurate information. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the website, customers or the business.
Intellectual property
Website branding, original text, graphics and other owned material may not be copied or commercially reused without permission. Third-party trade marks remain the property of their respective owners.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, We Bring Deals is not responsible for indirect loss caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control.
Privacy
Personal information is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
